These are then added to melted organic beeswax and shea butter and lastly topped up with magical Tamanu oil to deliver maximum goodness contained in a balm. Dilo (Tamanu) Rescue Balm is a versatile balm with endless applications. It has showed great results treating aggressive eczema, insect bites, cold sores, reducing scar tissue, accelerating healing and improving appearance of scabs, cracked and sore skin.
